I am an independent contingent recruiter with over 15 years experience in the recruitment field.  I match client companies with candidates through intensive networking, internet research and close communication with companies and candidates across America and in almost all industries.  In the past, I was employed with a boutique Recruiting firm that provided specialized and focused retained searches to civil transportation companies.  There, I was able to learn the intricate business that is recruitment, as well as, had a chance to develop my business communications skills that are so very valuable in my current operation.

I enjoy the trust and cooperation of my clients and candidates to whom I have consistently proved to have their best interest in mind, while conducting searches and complying with their particular requirements and needs. Connecting employers and prospective employees is my passion and I am very proud of my work.

While providing top rate service, I conduct the intensive search and consistently get results!!   As a successful recruiter my hope is to assist, in my own way,  the economic growth of our country while providing American companies with qualified employees and matching candidates with available jobs.  When my client-companies seek qualified employees, I search countrywide for the best on-target candidates to meet their requirements for each position in a timely manner!
